This loss to NCSt highlights several problems. We have a terrible problem with pressure situations. We have lost 3 games by 1 point when leading or tied late, one by 2 to ga tech by3 in 2 ot when we lead by 8 with less 2 min. Close wins UAB and Davidson. Notice many of these happened with several sloppy pass TO's. As much as he adds Girard is at the top of the turnover leader, he scares when he dribbles, we don't have a point guard and a lot of years of fast starts we fade, because we seldom develop our players and other teams grow. This is on the coaching and to be honest i doubt SC,Ala and probably NC would not be wins. now. We are over rated and the myth about our defense is silly. WE need a change.

We do make some sloppy passes and Girard made a bad one yesterday with the lead and a minute or so left in the game. As I recall, he made an awkward hook pass into the lane into a lot of traffic. I'm sure he wishes he had that one back.

We are not a defensive team this year and nobody has said we are. Girard and Hunter are our 2nd and 3rd leading scorers so most or all of our wins would not have happened without them.

You are either forgetting or conveniently ignoring our 24-3 run at the end of the game to beat Miami, as well as the heroics at the end of the UNC game at Chapel Hill.

You are forgetting all the really good/clutch plays we’ve made late in games this year, including some close losses.

Some of you seem to have pretty ridiculous expectations if you find it so horrible to lose a close game or see your team make a mistake late in the game.

It’s OK for you not to defend the team against posters with 49% ratio. It’s kind of pointless.
