Judge is expected to rule as soon as possible, certainly before 4/9.

there's not much to this hearing from what I understand - just motion to dismiss

by FSU and to have some things sealed. Motion to dismiss or stay is probably based on jurisdiction at this point. Not a lot to argue on - just present and judge decides.

It's just a hearing folks, not a trial. Sit back and relax. The state case in Florida is happening simultaneously and they will have a hearing in early April. In a football metaphor, we are on the 5 yard line and still have to go 95 yards.....with DJ under center and Will Swinney in the slot :).

Just because the argument was short doesn't mean anything. When the judge actually rules then there will be something to talk about.

I expect the Florida National Guard to invade on 4/10. Assuming they get the go ahead to march through GA and SC. I think SC will allow it. If GA renegs the FNG will use cruise ships to land.
