Other coaches defend themselves and their programs all the time (see cry baby Nick Saban who yells at reporters and storms out of press conferences routinely). What’s wrong with Dabo responding honestly and emotionally?

I’d be more concerned if he had not displayed some pride and fire (and truth) in his reply. Dabo has more than earned the right to have the benefit of the doubt when it comes to running his program. Can we, as fans, question decisions he makes? Of course…that’s what makes us fans! But until Dabo shows no passion and no desire to change his ways (We have a new OC and a young QB so I’m giving this season a pass), I think fans would be better off supporting Dabo. Not blind support, just support like you’d give your straight A kid who had a few bad grades in a row. You still love them, you just expect better.

I expect we will see much better over the next few years. But my name ain’t Tyler so what do I know.

I agree completely. I listened to the call last night. Don’t know how old this person is but I feel he is a coot or maybe someone wrote his ###### for him. It was a sorry condescending call. I don’t blame DABO for standing up for himself at all. He runs a great program. He works hard for this team and university. Go Tigers!!
