we would ALREADY have clinched that #4 seed, and tonight wouldn't have mattered at all. I have said it all year, this team wins or loses on its own, his coaching, which is non-existent, has no effect whatsoever. It really is sad to see the talent on this team wasted. Just a hypothetical, what do you think Rick Barnes would have done with this same team? I say at least five more wins. And, he is not the only coach that would have probably garnered that many more, either, just the first one I thought of with Clemson ties.

If you just count his close losses as wins, it makes a huge difference.

Also, you forgot he is Graham’s friend and neighbor. The adm has done a disservice to its supporters and fans by continuing this predictable show.

But to your point, I would be amazed if we won a game, much less two. I place that lack of confidence squarely on the Coach who doesn’t seem to have a clear game plan and also on the lack of a true leader on this team.
PJ should know to stop chucking threes and to stop flopping on every no-call but he clearly doesn’t and I blame him for that. We go as he goes and he’s just been crazy inconsistent this year.
We’ve had some great wins this year and some head-scratching losses but I still don’t know what this teams true identity is and that says it all. We’ve got some great young players and at this point, I’m hoping we get a great coach to develop them regardless how the Tigers end March.
