Level of expectations

Oct 16, 2016, 9:49 AM

It's amazing how far this program has come. We are undefeated and we have all this talk about how we need to do this and how we need to do that. It's like we won't be happy till we win it all. Which is a good thing because it was not long ago I was hoping we would qualify for a bowl....then hoping we could win division..then hoping we could win the Acc....then get in a Bcs game...then win a Bcs game ..then get in and win a playoff game...then play in the national championship game. Now there is only one accomplishment left! So Pumpers don't be upset the dumpers are running out of things to say and dumpers you just keep snatching defeat out of the jaws of victory. One last thing,( for future reference), remember that Richt guy the Dog fans ran out of town cause he couldn't win the big one. Guess what Ga lost to Vandy at home yesterday.

"Best is the Standard"

If you put that up in big bold letters it ought to be true. What happened yesterday was embarrassing. Why do you have to be beaten before you want to adjust? Can't you already see what is going to get us beat? We block poorly and our ball security is garbage. Were not meeting the standard here.

Blah Blah Blah. Of course there are adjustments to be made. How many programs can you name that have been more successful then ours in the last 5 years.

What if there aren't that many?

Oct 16, 2016, 12:51 PM

Does that mean that we shouldn't be able to block properly?Does that excuse dropping the football all over the field? Nick Saban says his teams play against their own standard not an opponent. He Coaches one of those teams that has been better than us. I'm really only stating the obvious here. The Offense is killing us with turnovers.

You said what happened yesterday was embarrassing . I don't agree with that. Embarrassing is losing to Duke or Vandy or losing to Navy etc. Other than that I agree with most everything else you posted.
