This is asinine.
What next, are the Feds going to go the way of CA and mandate retail businesses put locations in high crime areas because if they do not, it has a disproportionate affect on people that live in high crime areas?
Figure it out lefties! Fix the underlying problem(s) and don't use heavy handed woke practices in a lame attempt at social engineering.
But no, just like the lefties on this board, the recognition that a certain segment of the population commits crime at much higher rates is a fact their brains cannot come to grips with. Pathetic. That is one reason it will never get fixed.

Of course they support it. The EEOC could decree that any business that hired anyone who had ever been to a Trump rally would be fined every day of their employment and nobody on the left would utter a word of protest. You really expect them to have a problem with the EEOC protecting the criminal class which is made up disproportionately by Democrats? They are garbage and so are their beliefs.
