It’s almost as though coaching is an actual skill and that, relative to that skill, coaches have their respective ceilings and will, over time, produce a consistent result. I wonder if 14 years is enough to evaluate what that average and ceiling look like for Brad Brownell. Or is he like a century plant and will bloom once, tall and brilliantly, after 25-30 then years and then disappear?
