SO I put something together and need your opinions as to what I have missed or grossly over/under estimated.
Aerator, half day - $44
Aerator Pickup and Return - 25 miles @ $0.55/mile - $13.75
Seed, 2 Bags - $200
Straw, 5 Bales - $35
Water Hose - $40
Sprinkler - $40
General Regrading Treads - $250 LS
Labor, half day - $125
Total with tax ends up around $775.00
Thoughts?
Dude got stuck turning in yard and kept trying until he had to be towed out.

DYI is part of being a freaking man. Not only do you get it done right which makes you feel good the money can get you laid which is the only was to feel better than a DYI job well done!

Assuming this is an insurance claim:
Get two quotes from serices that do this work. Get them from places that aren't cheap.
Give the quotes to the insurance people.
You should get a check for the quoted amount.
It's your decision whether to repair it or not and how to do it after that.
Some insurance claims won't let you pay yourself for you own labor.
