Lack of Holding calls on our D-Line

It mind boggles me to have one of the best Defensive fronts year and year out and we can never draw holding calls on our opponents O-line. I must've seen a dozen EASY calls Sat and they just refuse to throw a flag. None worse than KJ Henry not even being allowed to run away from his blocker in OT chasing down Hartman to the sideline. I really hope Dabo starts pushing the officiating office about this, cause they surely have no problem throwing every lil thing against us and the DB's.

I watch a lot of games on Saturdays, and I don't think offensive holding is called any more unless it is in the open field.

There were no holding calls on either team all day.

That’s pretty amazing.

The old adage says that you could call holding on every single play and not be wrong very often.

I haven’t looked closely to see if we got away with a bunch of holds, but I’d be willing to bet we did since DJ was rarely under duress.

At least they weren’t one-sided. They let both teams play and the result was lots of passing yardage for both teams*



* also lots of pass interference yardage for Wake
