Kudos to Chase Brice - Still Demonstrating Clemson Class

Sep 19, 2022, 10:22 AM

My apologies if this has already been posted, but we need to give some kudos to former Tiger, Chase Brice. Brice still exhibits what it means to be a Clemson Tiger – not just for his play on the field, but also for class afterward.

For the second straight week, Chase Brice was one of the biggest heroes of the moment for App St. Most people in this situation would have been celebrating immediately with teammates over a fantastic finish. His teammates were going crazy after that great finish – as they should. The App St fans were also going crazy and celebrating – as they should. The App State radio announcer almost lost it (worth a listen if interested).

But during all the craziness, Chase Brice sees fans pouring onto the field. While most people would be going nuts, Brice has the wherewithal to help fans come onto the field SAFELY.

Putting others’ safety before his own celebration sounds like the kind of thing that a Clemson man represents – even if he transfers to another program.

Once a Clemson Tiger Always a Clemson Tiger!!

Good story. If you didn’t know better you would swear he was a Clemson man,
