The races at Talladega are the worst races of the year. Yesterday's crash was the worst crash ever at any track. The race has to change. Either the cars have to be able to race and pull away from the whole pack, or the race has to be shortened to no more than 100 laps. 75 laps would be about right. Maybe a 10 lap race would be appropriate since that is what it alwyas comes down to. The race is strictly a demolition derby based on luck. Looks like it didn't matter yesterday if you ran up front all day or ran in the rear for all but the last 20 laps. McMurray and Kenseth clearly had the fastest cars and ran up front most of the day, esp. McMurray and he got nothing for the effort. I hope Tony Stewart gets paid back before the season is over. He is quick to blitch about someone causing him to be wrecked and then he wrecks the whole field. He needs to NEVER say anything about anyone making a stupid move on the track.
