the new format is awful. no breakdown of the 1st or 2nd half highlights like usual and really hardly any discussion about the actual game.

I grew up in Spartanburg with Pete as my local sports guy so I could be biased, but it just wasn't as good.

..and that was a huge plus. Merritt was decent in his role. Munson and Williams are first class Tigers but we should have kept the prior crew...:)...

..a lot of games and even when I'm home find myself listening to the radio on the tractor due to my erratic work schedules and so the radio broadcasts are of great interest to me. Goodness I miss Jim Phillips! Growing up on the farm while working in the fields he was my only access to Clemson and his calls were so memorable...

..FB Saturdays back in the 70's and 80's with the Tiger Tailgate Show. It would kinda get you in the mood and then listen to Jim....old days, long gone.....
