That I have to be careful with due to the people involved and who knows…. But….
Clemson BOT has taken on a lawyer via retainer from a huge law firm that will really only take on 500 million+ deals at this point and will only take on what he can win…. Think GOR 😉

So this actually came from a UNC guy, it’s a law firm they use and also have on retainer. IDK why it didn’t happen sooner but we officially have hired someone.

A law firm was hired to review the GOR between the ACC and the member institutions. Not sure what the outcome of that was. The lawyers with this new firm are litigation attorneys. It's the difference between paper (contract) law and trial law.

... I thought there would be an announcement last March concerning ACC teams, including Clemson, leaving the ACC.
But, I still think that will happen fairly soon. Just not as soon as I thought.

.... the SEC would react to UCLA and USC going to B1G by inviting Clemson and FSU to SEC.
I still think that is the most likely outcome, but obviously the details are far more complicated and complex than I thought they would be when I made the prediction last summer.
