My family and I live in Pike Road, AL where Judkins went to school and him entering portal had been rumored for a few weeks. My son is a senior at the high school and he had heard it mentioned from some of Judkins buddies.

Rumor is that he is entering portal to leverage Ole Miss for more $$$. Apparently the family is upset that Lane’s new portal guys are getting more $$$ and they haven’t done anything at Ole Miss yet.

College football is officially broken.

Yes it is. All the people running it and controlling television rights are trying to keep stuff like this from public knowledge. Because they know how messed up it is. And because they are dishonest and greedy as ####.

Nil is suppose to reward existing players that distinguish themselves on their current team. It was never meant to go out and buy new players from either HS or the portal. However due to there being no constraints or rules in place it is not illegal. The NCAA is scared to death of any litigation so they are looking the other way and allowing double transfers to play with no good reason. The system is broken.

this is an outdated form of salary negotiation.
The post-Covid world and workforce doesn't work like this anymore.
