Is going to play quarterback for three different schools in three years.

I understand not wanting to give up on playing football and chasing a dream, but sometimes family and friends need to protect people from themselves. When you are not good enough to start at mediocre programs you’re never gonna play a down in the NFL. And there’s very little to be gained by jumping from school to school for what? So you can start for a mediocre program that’s not going anywhere and not going to accomplish much of anything?

It’s just disappointing to see because when they get older they’ll realize they could’ve been happier and had a better experience not to mention the life lessons of staying at one place.

On Packer and Durham this week they interviewed Herbstreit because of his new book and this very thing was discussed in part of the interview. Too many people today want instant gratification and don’t understand the value of working for something.

I don't think Bentley or Brice honestly think they are making the NFL. But they have worked hard playing the game they love for most of their life. I see absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to succeed at the highest level they can.

The opportunities are given to them and they are taking advantage of them while getting a free education (i know they work hard so it isn't free free free).
