Jack Clark could be a game changer for us

Bold take...... He could be an NBA draft pick if he remains healthy this year. He probably impressed me the most in our game vs. winthrop. I have said this before, but i have many nc state friends and they raved about him last season and talked about him being an NBA prospect. Unfortunately for him, he was hurt a lot last year.

He is a quick and decisive passer that creates open shots for others. I know it's only Winthrop, but he also had some great rebounds where he kind of came out of nowhere to snag. He also had a silky smooth stroke on his 2 3's. I know he hasn't shot a great percentage in the past, but i would bet he shoots much better this year. Brownell even talked about how he should shoot much better this year in preseason interviews. He's definitely not as good of a shooter as Tyson, but he is probably more athletic.

Im excited to see how he produces and fingers crossed on his health going forward.

I agree on your take. When he was healthy at NC State he was a difference maker. He might have been healthy only one time in the three loses to the Tigers last season there. Nothing against Wiggins, but once he is 100 percent he will overtake the starting spot at the three. Wiggins in definitely a potential star of tomorrow. It will be interesting to see if he plays a lot more vs Maryland if the Tigers get by a pretty good UAB team Friday night. They will need his defense ve one of Maryland's better players Julian Reese. He was a pretty good first baseman for several major league teams!
