They still remain very passionate despite a history of utter futility. Name another fanbase that gets as excited/loud for home games with ZERO championships of any kind.

I guess alcoholism will do that for you.

No kidding. I mean seriously, name another fan base as passionate as the gamecocks with that kid of history. It’s actually pathetic. They get excited about the smallest things.
