two guys will just really be starting - won't make much sense to develop Cole next year since he'll be a senior with not too much actual playing time behind him.

Kelly will play some, Watson might redshirt if he doesn't win the starting job and work on getting bigger. He needs to be a little less skinny.

I hope Stoudt plays instead of either of them. He has by far the inside track and most experience, but sometimes its hard to keep big time talent off the field. If Kelly and Watson are that good...do we still sit them?

Cole can be a good QB for us next year and he will help win some games. Next year should be a "reloading" year anyway on offense with him, Zac, hopefully Martavis, Charone, GHop, all the youngins in the backfield and at WR coming in and at TE. Our offense looks DEADLY in 2015 with either Chad or Deshaun running the ship, depends who is the OC is then because I can almost guarantee it that Morris will be gone by then.

If that's the case then I believe Jeff Scott will be the logical choice to take over. He has probably studied Morris' offense more than anyone, and I believe Watson wants to play under Morris' system.

If Watson comes in and just blow the coaches away he's gonna be our starter but I just can't see a freshmen starting over a senior who has talent to start at any other D1 school. Now if Kelly adds to his productivity that he already has and wow coaches away next spring it's gonna be his job.

I just don't see the talent with Stoudt. Watch the spring
game. almost all the deep balls he threw were short. his short to mid range passing game is decent.

You're going off a spring game. He did well in backup last year. Nobody really knows how good Stoudt is except the players and coaches, and Coach Morris and Dabo has high praise for him.

Ga. Recruit from Stratford High - Jacob Park ended up ranked 5th - what Watson - 9th? I think QB ought to be credited for seniority if all else is fairly equal. Next Stoudt, then Chad, then it is Watson's time! I have to admit Chad looked better than Stoudt in Spring game though! So we will have to see???? fun having all that talent though, just hope Watson does not go with Morris?

I'd like to see a bit more of stoudt this year but I've never seen much arm strength out of him.

Hitting the home run when it's open is really important, especially with a guy like Bryant out there. I've never seen any indication from stoudt that he's capable of making those throws.
I'd rather start a QB with the requisite tools and let him learn on the job. It's not like any of them are going to have a lot of live game experience.
