Basketball remaining this season, but looking ahead, how do you see CU basketball next year? We are losing a lot of talent after this season. Coach BB has done an admirable job utilizing the portal in the past. Are we going to need to hit it hard again this year, or do we ride with the talented incoming freshmen?

I believe we will do a good job of that, as we always do.

We need a big man and will also look for a point guard.

The freshmen will get an opportunity to play. Dallas Thomas and Del Jones will both get an opportunity to play.

We can expect to see big steps for Schieffelin, Godfrey, and Wiggins. Asa Thomas and Jake Heidbreder, both of whom are redshirting this year, will help us next year as well.

I won’t be surprised if there is at least one unexpected player who returns next year.

Losing PJ Hall will be a big loss. Having players like PJ and Joe G on this team this year is rare here. If we don't make it to the tourney this season it will be hard to fathom if its even possible going forward. This is as complete of a team that Brad has had in his tenure at Clemson.
