He is accused of brutally killing a woman in a SoHo hotel, strangling her and crushing her skull with an iron before surveillance video appeared to show him stepping out onto the streets wearing her leggings. He soon arrived in Phoenix, Arizona, where he allegedly stabbed a woman, stole her car and made his way to a suburban McDonald's, where prosecutors say he stabbed another woman before police arrested him in Scottsdale.

But months before any of that, according to court documents from a dropped case in Florida, he was accused of abducting a female co-worker, sexually assaulting her, choking her and threatening to kill her. Prosecutors dropped most of the charges, and he went free in September with $2,500 and just a grand theft auto case pending.

So in a real-world situation, with all candidates on the ballot, Biden beats Haley 35%-27%. Haley barely squeezes out RKFjr by 3%.

Similarly, a Biden/Trump/Kennedy/West/Stein poll shows Biden 38% and Trump 37% (Kennedy 15%)

Here's what I could find on the sample size and margins of error, which are very relevant:

1,421 self-identified registered voters nationwide were surveyed from February 15th – 19th with a margin
of error of +/- 2.6 percentage points. The survey included 576 Republican and Republican leaning voters with a
margin of error of +/- 4.1 percentage points and 624 Democratic and Democratic leaning voters with a margin of
error of +/- 3.9 percentage points

So what that says to me, your average dumazzzz grease monkey engineer:

In a theoretical general election where Haley gets the nod for the pubs, Biden smokes her.
In a theoretical general election where Trump gets the nod for the pubs, Biden has a slight edge, but well within the margin of error....a toss-up.
