Anybody else with neighbors have this?

EVERY TIME I want to open my windows just to let some fresh air in the house...somebody in the hood gotta start burning some garbage or old wet pine straw or something they have had in the back yard since 1994.

WT F people? Now I gotta go shut the windows 'cause its smells like a smoldering pine stump in here.
