the tech processes are in that detention center, or any other, for that matter. You're assuming they're loaded in realtime, i.e., a mugshot is snapped and it automatically loads to the database AND the public interface. The reality is that they're probably done manually and in batches, once or several times per day, because most private enterprises aren't even that efficient, much municipal agencies. You're making up a fantastical, highly-efficient government process when the argument suits you, and bagging on inefficient government and wasteful spending out of the other side of your mouth.
But please, continue with the conspiratorial persecution complex. "ThEy'Re protecting him!" Protecting him from what? Who is? You think Biden picked up the phone and made a call to Athens? This so dumb it hurts.

But to answer your question, Mugshots are not public records in Georgia, the suspect would have to sign a statement first. And being a foreign national, I am going to assume the State Department will have to get involved to verify his identity through the Venezuelan government, something the po-dunks down at the Athens Clark County Jail, where he is being held until his arraignment, can't do on their own.

Pretty sure it's public record and the law change a while back made it so if you're acquitted, charges dropped and a handful of other items then any online arrest photo database MUST remove your photo without charge.
I can't imagine all the arrest photos they show on the news have the accused's consent.

there are several provisions in GA to keep a mugshot from becoming public. OR it is a conspiracy theory. I guess when they are all over the news on Monday we can bump this thread and see check this off as yet another Karen post on the PnR.

The media tried to convince everyone a white dude straight up murdered a 12 year old skittles loving harmless little boy. Turns out it was a Hispanic dude who was attacked by a grown ### man, with a criminal record, who was bigger than he was and shot him in self defense. Leftist trash couldn't care less however and when it eventually happens again they will burn, loot and murder just like they always do when they can conjure up an excuse.
