It has been a long time since I last took a young child to a game...

but will be doing so on Saturday.

In years past, while university policy requires every person entering the game have a ticket, the gate agents granted some flexibility for young kids (5 years old or younger). My question is, is that still the case or are the gate attendants more rigid now?

Basically, do I need a ticket to get 5 year old in the game?

The kinda unwritten rule is if they can sit by themselves they need a ticket. If they can pass for alittle younger throw them on your shoulders when your walking in and usually they wont say anything. I also have two tickets that you can have if you want them. Upper deck. Hope they have a good time either way.

You can definitely get away with a little older, but a 5yo might be pushing it unless they are pretty small for their age. Tickets aren't that expensive this week. I would just buy them a ticket.

Where’s the kid supposed to sit? You’re going to hold a 5 year old all game?
