I hope so..... then the 'schools' can apply the academic standards back to the mix...... The blame falls to the schools presidents and BOTs, etc. They can take control of their schools.

If they want to get paid, then pay them.

Then let them pay their way for college, food, room and board, insurance, medical bills, equipment and gear. Let them pay taxes. Let them get fired or have their hours cut back if they aren’t performing on the job.

Agree with AppTiger02. Time to pay them as employees, withhold taxes and let them pay their way to play. I, for one, am not going to support players by funding NIL. Just not going too.

I hope you realize that NIL is the legal of what we used to call “dirty cheating.”

Secondly. No question the college presidents are responsible for our current situation. Due to their influence with the NCAA could have nipped this in the bud a long time ago.

Has anyone talked to President J. Clements about this issue? It would be great to hear from him. College sports are important to not only the University but also the upstate.
