I imagine they will. They did with CJ. But if I remember correctly, they didn't start until around summer time.

they didn't do a billboard outside of ESPN though
fans say the lack of publicity from Clemson about CJ caused him not to be invited to NY, but in actuality it was Clemson's 8-4 regular season record.
Tajh doesn't need to be publicized if he just goes 11-1 or 12-0..........it will all work out in the end.......and like it or not he can NOT lose the last regular season game.
had he beaten SCar he woulda been invited this year IMO

Clemson's marketing and PR department is grossly unqualified for the positions they currently hold. Most were moved into those positions based on nepotism and good ole boy politics. They have no friggin' clue how to go about promoting a legitimate Heisman candidate. It's a real shame too. Woody, CJ and now Boyd deserve better....much better.

the "campaigning" stuff is a joke and has no bearing on getting invited to NY and/or winning the Heisman.
and just curious what do you do???
the ONLY campaign that I ever remember and it's just b/c it was a "spectacle to see" was when Oregon made a massive sign/picture/billboard on the side of a building for joey Harrington back in the day
other than that I've never seen a "promotion" for a Heisman candidate

The big push will come after a big UGa game.
Uga defense was awful, no better than ours last year and they lost a bunch of bigtime talent. Even uga fans I know are very worried.
Offenses in that game are a push. Both bigtime qbs, they have better rbs, we have better wrs, and both should have pretty strong ol.
Defenses I think ours is ahead of them for many reasons. Add in home field and we have a recipe for a close to 40ish to 30ish Clemson win imo.
