Posting it here as it relates to much of what we’ve seen and heard from Dabo this past week.

IMO, the biggest similarity is that, regardless of how much money someone makes, most people just want to feel appreciated at their job. Most of us can’t relate to making millions per year at our jobs. But most of us have worked at places where we truly felt appreciated and also at places where we didn’t, and we can all relate to that.

I think this is especially true for people like Dabo and Dusty, guys that have “old-school” roots and genuinely love what they do.
