the lines at Home Depot and Lowe's should be as long as the ones at the flower, jewelry and grocery stores are today. I see loads of men in the grocery stores coming out with flowers, candy, cards. The few women I see there on V-Day or the day before are coming out with bottles of wine. Not sure what that says.

Just remember to scan the obituaries for the noon time services. You want everyone gone before you swing by to pick up the fresh flowers on your way home. All flowers come from gardens but the cheapest ones come from Memorial Gardens.
