Just don't ever run for office or they'll go back and find something with which to charge you with fraud even if you pay it off and the fine folks at the dealership or bank have zero complaints.

That’s right, you’re allowed to commit fraud, but as long as nobody saw you, as long as nobody noticed, as long as nobody feels like they were hurt, you and other dirtbags are allowed to commit the same type of fraud again and again.

Here's an idea.

Take out the loan, then the next day try to sell it back. Once the offer comes back below what you purchased it for you can charge them for fraudulently overstating the new worth to dupe lenders.
