I’m looking objectively at LSU

Dec 29, 2019, 1:07 PM

What an offensive display against Oklahoma, yes THAT Oklahoma. The Oklahoma that has choked every single year they’ve “fallen” into the CFB Playoffs. The LSU offense is prolific and worthy of all the respect they’re getting. However, objectivity speaking, the offense literally met no defensive resistance whatsoever. LSU my beat us in 2 weeks but like Lee Corso says, “not too fast.” We are the best defense they will have encountered all season, I believe we can shave off 4-5 of their TD’s. Which means they score approx 35-42 points. I don’t believe they can contain our offense for an entire game. OSU has a better defense than LSU, at least statistically speaking and they stymied us for about 1-1/2 quarters. Adjustments are BV’s forte’ and he will make those happen. Offensively, we’ve not faced an offense like LSU’s since last’s Year’s Alabama’s team. This matchup is very similar to last year’s. I believe ETN and the passing attack could eadily match LSU’s offensive production, that brings us to yet another nail biter. I see the score about 49-42...with us coming out on top. Just thoughts.
