So I was finally able to get my grandmother on Medicaid. So now she has Medicare and Medicaid. I'm trying to find out if she still needs her AARP plan F that she pays per month. Will she have the same level of coverage with Medicare+Medicaide as she did with Medicare+AARP?

I would call AARP to see what they say.

I only know of this because of WCCP, but seems better than calling AARP who would say they absolutely still need the AARP plan.

According to that website you cannot sell a Medicare Gap policy to someone on Medicaid. So if they say you don't need it, fine. If they say you might still, I'd keep researching.
