A lady completed her mobile phone interaction whilst I laid on the horn.

Why she decided to start this interaction as soon as the light turned green, I don't know, but she had her phone in a holder up above the dash I could see her clear as day hammering on it. At first she got a courtesy honk to stop clackin' and start moving -- as that's usually enough to remind them of their faux pas. No response. She soldiered on. Then she got the full monty; I lay on it until I see a change in behavior. Nope. Nada. This was a solid 5 sec. of horn, while she snailed forward in her minivan and finished whatever she was doing. Then finally picked up speed to make the turn, upon which, after completing, her acceleration stopped about 15 under the speed limit, and she continued her phone interaction.

If you read the law covering that, you can easily see that brandishing a firearm

in traffic is illegal. However, that law does not cover Molotov cocktails and the tossing of said aforementioned traffic aids. It's all about staying within the parameters of the legality of operating a motor vehicle in traffic.
