season 1 and the first part of season 2 and watch all of the previous episodes before the next episode Sunday night. It shouldn't be hard.

What will become of Mr. Bohannon and Lily Bell?

However, honestly, the show's original premise has undergone dramatic changes.
If you actually follow all that has happened to Bohannan, it is really a convoluted life he has lead, and remarkable how what he has done has repercussions for only the length of one episode. He may be an outlaw from the railroad in a previous episode, and totally forgiven and put in a position of power in the next.

The series has an odd flow, caused by the fact that it does not have a consistent producer and director. Some episodes have a clear anti-amercian, anti-Christian, anti-expansion message. Some episodes include a love story element, while others have a surreal undertone. Very choppy, with a strange mix of camera angles and shooting styles.

Give it a try, but it may not be for everybody.
