It has to be the pumpers. They have been absolutely wrong for a few years now.
When recruiting was criticized, they said it was fine.
When Dabo’s hires were criticized, they said it was fine.
When Dabo’s failure to use the portal was criticized, they said it was fine.
The “Dabo haters” have been right the entire time. Do you finally see that now?

The stubbornness to use the TP is certainly proving to be a mistake. Florida State has used it to perfection without destroying the morale or culture Norvell has created. Dabo needs to admit that it is a resource we need to utilize to fix areas like the OL and get a dude for a WR
|

I guarantee that the players in that locker room won't object to a player that would make the team better. If they do object, then they don't want to win and you should be getting rid of them anyways.

But I still contend that coaching is also an issue. A big one, in fact. Dabo hasn’t hired well lately and it shows.

Too many costly mistakes at the worst times. Those two fumbles inside the five amounted to a 21 point swing in a 21 point game. Offense moved the ball very well in the second half. Defense held the line as long as they could.
I know those who have been waiting for years for the downfall of Dabo and the Clemson football program are going to act like there was nothing positive at all and this is the end, but that doesn't really reflect the reality. This team will be in every game this year, no doubt in my mind. We will win nine or ten of those games and the same sorry posters will complain through it all.

I'm not sure that recruiting is the problem. This team has more 4 and 5 star players than any team in Clemson history. I won't pump any sunshine on the rest. Using my pump to get the **** I watched tonight out of my living room.

through the whole run. It's college football. Pick any program you want, if you say they're going to have a downturn soon you'll eventually be right.
Some of us have immensely enjoyed the run so far and will continue to enjoy Clemson football, with or without playoff runs and national championships. The rest of you can continue taking what's supposed to be a fun distraction from the slog of everyday life and turning it into a miserable experience.

That’s what I don’t get, Dabo 110% needs to make changes or ask himself if he still wants to do this job. That doesnt feel my heart with absolute joy like it does some folks. With that being said he’s got to adapt or take a MASSIVE pay cut

I am not a coach or a player…I’m a fan. And I am always hopeful that we can win the rest of our games. I was a pumper in October 2021, and I am a pumper now. Last night sucked, but there have been much darker days than this. We made a season’s worth of mistakes last night. I was sick watching the game, and I am certainly no pumper in front of the TV, but I don’t post my every thought on this board during the game…or the day after.
I’m going to stay behind the team and coaching staff. I trust Neff and Dabo to make the best decisions for our program. My role is one of support, and I will continue to do my job. Go Tigers! We can still get to 11 wins in the regular season for the first time since 2020.
