they would approach Chi Fila about footing the bill on the new parking deck in trade for a 2000-seat restaurant on the upper deck.. If properly managed, it would easily churn out 125k a game, which, along with naming rights and free advertising, yields about a 10-year ROI. This seems like a no-brainer to me.

I do not know why I always have to be the first one to come up with great ideas.
