I hate not being able to legally stab people that just need a good stabbing. I've grown weary of having to surreptitiously stab the people who are stabworthy. It's time we recognize stabbing for the public service that it is.

Seems like reasonable safety measures to prevent exposure to blood borne pathogens? Especially since the targets would be unsavory and likely disease ridden?
