I thought it was kind of vague too. I think he's ok though.***

According to NC State fans...

It was a clean hit to Gallman's shoulder and elbow.
I didn't realize being hit in those areas can cause a concussion. I got to hear their explanation.

That head to head hit was so hard, I heard it at my house here in cootlumbia. If they believe their BS, they should just stand there and get hit like that and see how it feels!!!

Where were the replay "ref's" after the play to call for a review. Thought those guys were suppose to be in front of a monitor to call for reviews of targeting if a call is missed on the field.

The NCST fans did get to see how hard that hit was to

Gallman. They got sucker punched in the stomach with the missed FG. Then the TD and INT in OT were just to much sure they felt it.
NCST was a dirty at times but hard hitting team. They came in the valley with an ACC Officiating crew and a chip on their shoulder. I think it was a combination of time off and FSU coming up and just lost a little focus. We have a lot to work on, players and coaches. The pooch KO after the score late 2nd Qtr with 10 seconds left was not smart.

The hit was clearly defender's helmet to Gallman's left jaw. Same as a right hook to a boxer - knockout punch. Gallman's head snapped around. He was at least momentarily unconscious and that's why he lost the ball. Speed at impact was probably at least 30mph. Ref's missed a targeting call. DB should have been ejected.

You can get a concussion from the whiplash. I don't think he hit Gallman in the head, but he did lead with the crown of the helmet, so it should have been called targeting.

Glad to hear they're both OK. The bye could not come at a better time. Gallman was sorely missed, and Renfrow is just a freak. That kid makes plays that should not be made. So happy they're both Tigers.

I had a brain injury about 6 months ago from a fall. I did not start having symptoms until the next day and new symptoms appeared for 3 days. 6 months later, I still have some symptoms. Brain injuries vary so much from person to person and are not something to play around with. I certainly hope he will be fine both for him as as the team. I am just saying it is too early to have a definitive answer yet.

Concussions are a very serious injury. He might miss no time to possibly the rest of the season. I had one that I thought was nothing but I ended up motion sick for the next two years. The brain is a funky thing. I am just praying that Gallman will be ok!

Move Feaster to number #2 at RB.
You can put Choice/Dye/Fuller in their together and get the same 3 YPC. #21

Absolutely criminal hit to me!

To me, this is Absolutely criminal! The way I see it, the NC State player, #8 Dravious Wright, launched himself into Gallman with the crown of his helmet. The position of his Dravious' arms lead me to believe that there was no intent on tackling or wrapping Gallman up on the play.
This MUST be reviewed by the ACC, punished, and addressed publicly to prevent this from happening again.
Someone needs to show Coach Doeren a replay of the call and I'd really like to hear what he says about this hit...
This kind of dirty play to take a player out of the game can have implications to his life down the road.

NC States no. 8 Dravious Wright is no stranger to leading with his helmet. He hit Troys QB with the crown of his helmet too. I don't know how he keeps getting away with these dirty/illegal hits??? ACC needs to look into it. I love hard hitting, tough football but not when a players intention is to hurt rather than to tackle.
