I respected him more as a quarterback before the game, then after the game.

As the went on, it was clear that he has inconsistent accuracy.

He targeted Wilson 14 times and he had just five catches. He targeted Coleman 11 times and he had just five catches. He targeted Jaheim Bell six times, and he caught just three of those passes.

And those stats were without much pressure from the Clemson defense. The dude didn’t have to run around much yesterday.

Clemson was correct to play those receivers one on one.

If I was him, I wouldn’t be talking about the receivers or himself as a quarterback. I would be talking about the fact that FSU scored more points than Clemson and won the game. Period.

I don’t see him as an NFL quarterback. I think that was pretty clear yesterday.

Come at me Jordan.

Agreed.

And I was thinking, duke at Florida State could be an interesting matchup.

Florida State seems to be composed of a better than average quarterback two pretty good receivers, and a mediocre defense.

I doubt Duke has much depth or athletes on defense, but I really don’t know.

Will be interesting to see if FSU is any better than Duke.
