Decide as a team to opt out of the Orange Bowl and challenge UGA to a neutral site game to be produced and streamed by a private investor.
They could say the committee didn't respect the results on the field and is clearly interested in using them for TV dollars, Vegas interests, etc... So they are refusing to play the CFP's game and be tools of ESPN and Vegas, but they do want to play the game on the field. So, if UGA wants to defend their National Championship, they are invited to do it on the field against an undefeated P5 champion in FSU.
Neutral site, 50/50 ticket split, produced and streamed by private investors, all players get a cut. Only challenge would be if FSU would/could allow them to use FSU brand, uniforms, etc... Even if not, players could wear "independent" uniforms.
Of course, the SEC wouldn't let UGA do it. But FSU players could say we challenged you to settle it on the field, we just refuse to perform for ESPN if they don't respect the results on the field.
That's essentially what NIL is all about. As I said, if FSU doesn't feel it can legally allow the players to use the FSU brand, then they can use "independent" uniforms. But if I were FSU I would let eh players use the brand and dare the ACC to oppose it. The optics would be terrible for the ACC opposing a player-led revolt, especially after the statement the conference made following the CFP picks. It would force the ACC to either support it's student-athletes or completely show they are owned by Disney.
In any case, there is no way UGA would go for it, so no actual game would happen. FSU players will have made their point and stuck it to the CFP and ESPN.
