If Feaster became that total package this year

I think it would take 3 things IMO 1.Picking up and developing in blocking 2.Finds his " field vision " in the college game 3.Finds that " 2nd gear " that Dabo has mentioned a few times
He could offensively win a lot of games for us, if He chose to become the player with the potential he has to be. He's got the number, Spiller allowed. From what I've heard from others on TNet is that in HS they had no answer for him, he was that fast and explosive.
I know Fuller will get carries, he's talented and clutch as well as Choice. However, I know I'm not alone in being ready to see Feaster be that featured back that he has the skills to bring a " physical and fast " running style to score some TD's this year.

Feaster will terrorize the ACC this year. Fuller and Choice have experience and Etienne is supposedly pretty good but imo Feaster has the highest ceiling of the group. Easily. Get him even a glimpse of open space.. Next stop the end zone. CJ 2.0

Good post, appreciate the film.
He has more breakaway speed than most realize. If he finds a crease, learns those 3 things in the OP as mentioned. He should be ready to be that featured back. Feaster has serious hip shift movement that can find multiple creases in O-Line and secondary. He's just n elite athlete. He can take the pressure off of whomever is starting at QB. Besides, a balanced running attack with passing attack is always a good thing.
Not getting into the Bryant discussion much, we know He has to be able to throw vertically. Even if he starts, He " shouldn't be " the rosters leading rusher, it's Feaster's time now to shine. Too much talent, speed and natural gifts. I hope he becomes a blocking sensation this year, which will enable him more touches. With, or without a " mobile first " QB.

I think he has found that second gear and the game has slowed for him from what I saw at spring game. If he can get pass protection down he will be great back for us which I think he will.

His shoulder slowed his development last year

It hasn't been talked about much, but I truly believe his shoulder injury kept him from getting as much playing time as we would have liked last year.
First off, he didn't do much pass blocking in HS. Then on top of that, add having to throw that injured shoulder into blitzing LBs and Safeties and you have a recipe for a disappointing freshman season.
If his shoulder is 100% and he is mentally over the injury, Feaster is 1st team All ACC this year. In fact, I think Feaster will have as much to do with KB's chances to start as KB does. If Feaster and Fuller give us Thunder & Lightning Redux, KB's days at QB are numbered.

flashes of Spiller in him. The same Spiller playing with the likes of 3-star QBs, Will Proctor, Cullen Harper and Kyle Parker. Maybe a sprinkle of Tribble Reese.
I agree with your points, and would add the return game explosiveness. He could carry the road while these frosh QBs get their footing. In an optimal situation at least....
I would love to see this kid blow up this year!
