Not a Brownell guy at all but the team won. Whether it be pretty or ugly the team with more points at the end of the game wins. Was it pretty? No. Was it a win? Yes. And to be completely honest with you I will take eight more ugly wins this year because we will then be dancing...... and when that's over we can go look for new leadership.

Louisville has outscored their opponents in the second half many times this year. They have been outscored in the first half by a large margin all year. That being said, I agree, we should’ve won this game by 30 points. Silly mistakes have to stop

I’ve pretty much run out of patience with Brad…I think his personality translates into playing tight and being afraid to make a mistake.
With that said, this team is certainly good enough to get a decent seed in the tournament and I’ll be pulling hard for them the rest of the way. Go ask UNC if they would have rather lost or won ugly at GT last night…heck ask Duke the same about their trip to GT.

I'm thinking we go 5-6 in the last 11 games of the year. We'd end up at 9-12 in conference at the end of the year and out of the tourney. Rinse and repeat for every year of the Brownell tenure.
I put UVA, UNC and FSU as losses and the remaining 8 games we go 5-3 (even that feels optimistic). I hope I'm wrong but I don't think I will be.

Man I hope not. Talk about rewarding mediocrity for a team that has been years in the works to be labeled one of Brownells best ever. We'll be resetting again after this year. So will that be our expectation once every four to six years. I don't care about our history.
