that did not collapse following the big game loss to Clemson. The ACC teams collapse after losing to Clemson and we pay for it in the analysis at season's end. Not fair. Cant hold it against us if an undefeated or one loss team cant get over a Clemson spanking.

No FSU did. They are the ones that hurt their QB.

People talk about who’s making the playoffs and fighting about these top 7 teams but for most if their qb goes down put a fork in them. For someone like NCSU, the drop off is huge. I’d say most teams are in that same boat. Many more it would cause a couple extra losses. Not sure any could handle zero impact.

After Clemson they all fold up. Watch Syracuse. Guarantee they lose 3 of 4 remaining reg season games, then probably their bowl game. Face it, we don’t have an alliance of 14 teams behind us.

IMHO the SEC is 14 teams that if they can’t win it all will do anything possible to help out whatever SEC can. ACC is Clemson and 13 teams who will do their best to take down Clemson, including a weak finish after pouring their whole heart into trying to beat Clemson. Watch, and see.

Agreed. A 75% Leary is better than the backup they have. Their situation is similar to ours last year. Excellent defense, but lousy offense.
