goose, but it isn't according to the ACC rules when they make and change the rules when it fits them the way that they done it for Notre Dame. The ACC claims that all member schools will have to pay a $500 million buyout any time a member school wants to leave the conference.

That can’t be the case bc the ACC allowed Notre Dame to join the conference as a member school with their FB program during the covid pandemic, and Notre Dame had an ACC schedule that consisted of a 10 full games just as it was for every ACC member school and John Swofford brought Notre Dame into the conference as an ACC member school where they played the same amount of ACC member schools just as every ACC school played, plus Notre Dame had the very same rights, and was given the very same opportunity to play in the ACC championship if they won more division games than any other team in their division as they did, and they were allowed to play in the ACC championship game against Clemson bc had won the coastal division.

It is a fact that in the 2020 FB season Notre Dame was a full member of the ACC bc they received the same amount of ACC shared money as any other ACC school got as their share, and the only way that Notre Dame could have got an equal share of the conference money was to be a full FB member of the ACC conference with their FB program. And the only way that Notre Dame could have had the right to compete for the ACC FB conference title, Notre Dame would have to of been a full member of the ACC with their FB program, that is the rules that was set by the ACC conference…

In 2021 Notre Dame pulled their FB program back out of the ACC as a member school bc they no longer wanted their FB program to be attached to the ACC as a full FB member school, and Notre Dame was allowed to leave the ACC in 2021 without having to pay the ACC a dime of the $500 million dollars, nor were they held to the Grant of Rights deal, but yet if Clemson wanted to leave the ACC and give up their conference membership, the ACC is saying no way, you can’t leave the ACC unless you pay the conference a $500 million buyout, plus you will lose your GOR money until the ACC GOR contract runs out in 2036.

So I say the ACC is full of it bc they allowed Notre Dame to leave the ACC as a full FB member without being punished when Notre Dame was only using the ACC conference for a FB schedule while making 10’s of thousands of dollar from the ACC as a member school, and they didn’t have to pay the ACC $500 million plus they took their GOR with them when they pulled back out of the ACC.

So I would ask the federal judge how does that work one way for Notre Dame, and another way for Clemson. Something in the milk just isn’t clean with one school pulling out of the ACC without any harm being bestowed on them, but if Clemson wants to do the same as Notre Dame was allowed to do, it would most likely bankrupt
and ruin Clemson financially.

I don’t know what others think about Notre Dame leaving the ACC with their FB program after making million of dollars from the ACC, but if Clemson wants to pull out of the ACC like Notre Dame was allowed to do it would ruin Clemson financially…
