and then the fact that the offense can't stay on the field will wear the defense out and ND will start running it all over us like Miami did.

I hope I'm wrong, but we would have to play mistake-free and our best game of the season to win. And based on the first 8 games I just don't know if this team has it in them.

This is where the Tiger fans need to stand up for our team. While it is absolutely true the season has not met expectations, the finish to this season could mean a lot to this team going into next season.

Notre Dame is a quality opponent. If our Tigers finally play a good game in all 3 phases of the game they can win.

Recruits are likely to be in the stands watching this game. We need to show these future players that we support our team even in the down times.

We have a young QB that could use a really good game against a good opponent. At some point Cade is going to have his breakout game where it all comes together for him. Maybe it is Saturday, or maybe it is next season. Either way, this team needs something positive to happen and we as fans must do our part.

If the crowd is into it and we support our team we can hang with ND for all 4 quarters and possibly pull out the win and potentially kick-start a great finish to the season. 8-4 and possibly 9-4 with a bowl win is not what any Clemson fans expected, but at this point it would be a positive step in the right direction with off season changes coming IMO.
