That look was the look of a HC asking himself why I didn't do a coaching search over giving a group of inexperience coach a chance to coach big time FB!!!

Yes. It's OK to give some former players a coaching position, but you to surround them with a seasoned staff to grow them. Dabo failed as a CEO on this one. He will have to fire some people that he truly cares about or Clemson will continue this slide.

Agreed, and something people will overlook is the time it will take to correct this. Not a quick fix.

Ball handling is on the players. Look at what Mafah and Williams do when they get tackled—they immediately put both hands on the ball. Ship either refuses to listen to that advice, or hasn’t been coached to do that.
