If those things are not needed then we wasted a butt load of money. BTW Dabo won an ACC title at a program which had a ton of titles plus a natty before he arrived. You might want to stick to silly responses so you don’t further embarrass yourself

Football program is larger by sheer size, it is many more times successful, it brings in much more revenue. Dabo has 11 on the field at one time. Brownell has 5, maybe 6, on the court max at any given time. You cheapen your arguments by even comparing the two. It’s really just stupid. It’s like comparing South of the Border to Disney.

Clemson hadn’t won a championship in 20 years. The conference was 50% larger when Dabo won than when we last did under Ken Hatfield. Clemson had NEVER WON THE DIVISION since the advent of divisions. We had not won jack sh*t since FSU joined. How, oh how, did we ever reverse the unstoppable tide of history. If history is such a factor how could Dabo possibly achieve what had never been done before!?! That seems to be your justification for Brownell’s failures. I’d ask you to try and Mount a serious attempt to defend Brownell, but there isn’t one. So I guess you have to resort to such ridiculous fallacies.

20 years since last ACC title and 35 years since last national championship. Every time you post you show your ignorance. When are we going to start lining up G. Tech, Colorado, and BYU for championships? Those schools had conference and national championships while we were in the wilderness.

There was a lot of criticism when Coach Swinney hired Venables. His defenses had gone downhill and many at Oklahoma were glad to see him go. A case can be made that Venables benefited from the talent Clemson was able to recruit under Dabo’s model.
