Yeah, it's sports so I'll watch. Speaking of watching, the girls game had 17.1 million on streaming. To put into perspective, our game with Bama in elite 8 drew 7 million on TV.

You also realize this is a national broadcast with national interest. If it started at the 8 hour most west coasters are not even home from work. They are willing to take the hit from people who want to go to bed early compared to the millions who want to watch on the west coast.

So, the NFL, which is the most watched product in the country by a long shot, has it all wrong when they play every night game (Sunday, Monday, and Thursday) in the 8:00 hour?

Also tv executives are not dummies. They know them they will get the most eyes and they have statistics to prove it. Despite what you think that game time is set to gather the most eyes nation wide. Who goes to bed before 11:30. Jesus drink you some coffee.

When i was kid i used to pretend to be asleep and then i would get back out of bed around 9:30 and quietly watch it on a 9" TV in my room. The first one i remember watching was the Fab 5 vs Duke back in 91 or 92.

I’ll choose to believe that data until you produce evidence to the contrary. Fitbits were very popular before Apple Watches even if you don’t want to admit it. My parents had them and they are 70. I can also tell you I know way more people that are up till 11-1130 than go to bed before that. You just don’t want to admit that most of America is still awake during this game.
