worship the so-called intellectuals who went to so-called elite universities, particularly the liberal arts ones.
If you have not figured it out by now, these elite universities are not and have never been elite, producing political science, law, or history graduates smarter than or better than any other university.
In terms of elite, if you want to 'worship' graduates from elite universities, then you can look to the elite engineering schools like Cal Tech, MIT, and Ga Tech. The graduates from these schools on average know more math, understand the physics more in depth, come up with more innovative ideas and approaches, etc. than peers. These people get jobs because of what they know, what they can do technically, and what tangibles they can deliver.
The elites from the liberal arts side get jobs because of WHO they know and what they can get for their employer. It's all about power and money. Go work in a non-profit, while collecting $350,000/year. We all saw it on display with Fani Willis - make up a case and hire your boyfriend, funneling him $$$$. Routine in today's world.
