I keep hearing this is the most talented team Clemson has ever had. I just do not see it. Miami seems much more athletic and have guys that can get to the rim and get buckets.

Today was much better than Tuesday that's for sure. We are not gonna make the tourney if we cat string together some Ws tho.

Brad Brownell: Only Larry freaking Shyatt has a WORSE overall winning percentage among Clemson basketball coaches since 1975. Let that sink in. It's Larry Shyatt & then Brad Brownell.

No way . . see our final 8 team for one example. But you have to draw more fouls than we did today. That's part of the game too.

I think the level of fan support and the lack of preparation on behalf of our pep band was evident.
No way to overcome that with exceptional coaching or player execution.

Yeah thought the same thing at times today when it just liked they were just better and more athletic.

Then there would stretches, brief as they were, where we played with great intensity and looked very good.

Maybe pressure of not being in this position before and being told by the AD before the season that you get in the tournament or your coach is gone.

To address your original comment, we are better than recent years but how good are we? Not sure.

This team has talent. Definitely not the most talented. It's just not being utilized properly at key moments in the game. Rebounding is atrocious. We go on some of the longest scoring droughts in the country. Offensive game plans come in too late when we are already down double digits. Just so many basic things that drive my insanity further up the wall.

Just hope they get it together soon because it's about to get a bit tougher than it has been.
