to the basket in those situations. You can give yourself time to make an extra pass or get a second shot opportunity without giving the other team time to get a shot off on the other end.

We can't be so tentative in our half court offense. We know there isn't a go to guy for an outside shot, even with a wide open look. We need to take it to the rack aggressively and crash the boards. Draw fouls and make the foul shots. That's our best chance to keep up on the offensive end.
