after both his Fr and Soph years in Pennsylvania (Red Lion High) for disciplinary reasons. The dismissals were never publicly explained, but according to his former high school coach "handled in house".

Yea they even have that quote in today's Knoxville newspaper here. They have it, clemson dismisses Kelly after argument as the headline, then has a story of his pattern of behavior along with him tweeting that. Said he taunted stoudt...i hate reading negative stuff about clemson in paper, if it was something good they wouldn't print it
